Brother William Richard Cann was one of the founding members of our chapter and served as our first Vice Polemarch. A man of “Achievement” in the dentistry field, and served as the head of the Bermuda Dental Board, which regulated the practice for the Ministry of Health in Bermuda. He will be missed.
